Originally from New York City Phil moved to Lancaster in the summer of 1971 and began playing guitar in 1972. In addition to playing with The Moonlighters he has also played with The Big, Big Jazz Band and The Sound of Roses Big Band. He can also be found as a solo performer at local open mic sessions and coffee houses. An avid runner he has completed nine marathons and continues to run.
